Heart Yoga Nidra and Reiki
Come join Melissa and Kelsey for a beautiful Yoga Nidra focused on the Heart Chakra, just in time for Valentines Day!
We will gather, slow down, work on our breath and focus on the heart chakra. Melissa will guide you into your Yoga Nidra and Kelsey will start with Reiki. Together they will bring you to a calm and rested state, focusing on self-love, compassion and acceptance.

Tickets are non refundable unless due to weather, but they are transferable.

Come gather with us for an incredible experience you won't forget. We’ll guide you into the calming waters and the vibrations of sound and Reiki at a private, heated indoor pool. Float freely while you absorb the vibrations of voice and variety of sound instruments. During this time, you will receive a 1 on 1 mini Reiki session, a time to release and let go. We will end gathering and taking time to reflect and journal if you like about your experience. Come escape the rush of life and slow down to reset and reflect.
