Welcome back to the beautiful Warkworth Oasis! Kelsey Watts and Melissa will be hosting a Full Moon Yin Yoga and Reiki Float on Sunday May 31st, from 6:30-8:30pm.
Join us for an evening of breathwork, Yin Yoga and floating Reiki experience in the tropical indoor pool at Warkworth Oasis!
We will start the evening off with some breathwork, followed by a beautiful Yin Yoga session guided by Melissa Ross focusing on the Full Blue Moon.
Next you will head into the warm waters to receive your floating Reiki experience. A 1 on 1 Reiki session while you float weightlessly listening to calming music. Afterwards, gather outside or hit the hot tub to wind down and chat with others about your experience and capture the energy of the Full Moon.
