Melissa, Jen & Kelsey are excited to be bringing you a Reiki and Sound Float with Breathwork & Tapping to start the morning.

We are trying a new location in Douro. It is a lovely indoor, heated pool with a heated floor as well!!

The schedule:

Please come ready to get into the pool. Bring your towel, change of clothes, water bottle & anything else you may need.

We will all welcome you in and open the space together. Melissa will begin with some breath work and Kelsey will lead you through some EFT Tapping. We will all ease into the pool, get situated in the floating hammocks & Jen will begin her beautiful sound bath. You will recieve a mini reiki session from Kelsey or Melissa. You'll float in the pool for about 50-55 minutes.

We will guide you to come out of the float and have some time to dry off, get changed and chat with us about any experience you may have had.

Please reach out with any questions or inquiries. We look forward to hosting you.
