Kelsey is a Reiki Level 1 Practitioner who loves to hold space and help others heal through various modalities. She is a 200 hour Certified Yoga Instructor, an EFT Tapping Guide and she is very interested Somatic and Fascial body work. Kelsey holds a genuine and compassionate space of non-judgement and acceptance.
